Nice hotel in great location

Nice staff. Big comfortable room and bed. Didn't know that there were a flight of stairs to the top floor where the rooms stuff the patio are. That could be annoying if you have lots of luggage as we did, the staff made it much easier as they were helpful in carrying them up and down. We didn't need to take a taxi for eating out mostly since there's lots of food and restaurants in the lively neighborhood.

We had a great 2 night stay at Valente Suites. The location is perfect especially if you want to visit Dolmabahçe Palace and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable and specious. The WiFi was excellent so I was able to easily work online. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, and they also arranged airport transfers for us. I will definitely book again the next time I visit Istanbul!

The rooms are pretty nice and spacous. However our phone was broken plus a bed side lamp in the premium suite which they never fixed. Which meant we couldn't communicate with the front desk unless physically walked down. Our experience in overall was great until the last minute. The front desk never brought down our luggages to the lobby eventhough we had checked out 3 hours prior. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator only went up to the 5th floor. The whole building is very narrow and they had new guests at the time we needed our luggages. We had to walk up 6 floors and bring them down or we'd missed our taxi to the airport. It was a very disappointing situation. Will not go back to this property again. I'm very upset with how the front desk person managed this because i genuinely believe he intentionally didn't help.
