The room we received had broken bathroom dirty room. Wasn’t in a living condition Booked another hotel near by Cost me £420 to book another hotel but this hotel refund me my money back Please don’t book this hotel

Les 3 derniers jours dans cet hôtel ont été horribles et ont gâché la fin de notre séjour. Chambre glaciale et sale, micro salle de bain avec moisissures, linge de lit déchiré et odeur de cigarette partout dans l’hôtel, à en avoir la nausée. Service déplorable : aucune amabilité, aucun sourire. Petit-déjeuner très décevant : peu de choix, aucun fruit, jus au goût de sirop chimique. Mon père est tombé dans la salle du petit-déjeuner et l’hôtel a refusé toute responsabilité, sans compassion. Ce qui est choquant, c’est que nous avons séjourné dans un autre hôtel de la même enseigne, et c’était tout l’inverse : propreté irréprochable, personnel souriant, très bon service. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas.

Ich war 4 Tage in diesem Hotel ungewollt Gast. Sehr verwirrend zwei Hotels mit dem selben Namen. Leider konnte man die Reservierung nicht mehr stornieren. Die Zimmer sind ok. In 4 Tagen wurde nicht einmal geputzt trotz Schild! In der ersten Etage Bauarbeiten. Ständiger Gestank und Lärm. Frühstück sehr billig kaum Auswahl. Noch nie in einem Hotel Gläser aus Pappe gesehen…. Etwas älterer Herr an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und lustlos. Die Zimmer Wände sind so dünn man hört den Nachbarn bis 5 Uhr morgen lautstark telefonieren. Innerhalb dieser 4 Tage wurde nicht einmal geputzt oder aufgefüllt

Sakin ve güvenli konaklama için asla uygun değil

Aşırı kötüydü. Havlular pisti. Tuvalet kokuyordu. Sınav için iki gecelik rezervasyon yaptırdım. İlk gece gürültüden uyuyamadım. Dışarısı ayrı gürültülüydü ama iyi ki de gürültülüydü gece oteldeki sesleri duymamak için pencereyi açıp dışardan gelen seslere şükrettim. İki üç saatlik uykuyla sınava gittim. Sınavdan çıkıp eşyamı alıp çıkış yaptım son gece konaklamadım. Kabus gibi bir deneyimdi.
