Landscaping through out the property with olive and citrus trees, as well as, other local varieties of trees, bushes, shrubs and flowers. The Estate stands adjacent to and between the Loutra Aidipsou-llia public road along the North Evoikos Bay. The Villa is located about 600 meters from the entrance to the main town. Accordingly, the Property is both secluded enough for a private and quiet experience, but also close enough to town so that guests have easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc. The Estate has its own iron-gated entrance with a private road that leads to the house, the parking, and all the way to the beach. The estate has a number of separate outdoor areas so that groups of guests can enjoy both social, as well as private times together. The Villa is built on a small cliff, 20 meters above the beach, facing west, with spectacular views of the sea and the sunset. Two stairways in front of the house, as well as the private road lead the to beach. All the rooms have queen size beds with luxury bedding and private bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are junior suite-sized. Two of the Villa's guest bedrooms have separate entrances from the verandas in front and adjacent to the building, and connect via the beach-facing entrance to the house or the small stairway to the main pool (please see one of the frontal pictures of the house to the right). An additional outdoor queen bed may available for guests desiring to sleep on the beach or in any of the outdoor areas under the stars (subject to availability, please inquire). The property has five sun loungers in the pool area. An additional five sun loungers and six chairs are also provided for the beach. Sun umbrellas are also provided both at the main pool as well as the beach. Parking for three automobiles is on the premises.
