The Condo has the VERDEVIVO CLUB with a forest of hundreds of trees with trails, picnic, swimming pools, jacuzzis, Turkish baths, spa, gyms, multi-sports court, and other amenities to enjoy various outdoor activities and private spaces.
Strategic and ecological location in the south of the city.

The space:
127 square meters, three rooms, twenty square meters balcony, dining room, open kitchen, study, bathroom and two bathrooms.

Guest access:
It has two private parking lots, numbers 9933 and 9937, both very close to the elevator. It is a horizontal property building with a reception on the first floor, with guards and security cameras in all communal areas.

My wife and I will be very attentive to your needs and requirements to respond in real time if possible. The experience with all guests is that we are very attentive, we remain very friends and family after check-out for a long time and many want to come back and have done it. We are sure it will be a very pleasant experience
