Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

The description does not specify that the standard room is in the pavilion outside the central part of the hotel, difficult to access, there is no elevator on the right side only on the left side, access via stairs is difficult, rooms are old, small size for 4 people.

Beautiful resort for families

The resort was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. There was always a lot to do. Really enjoyed the choppe at 11 am at the pool and the food was always fantastic. The water slide was a little crazy for Canada standards. Really enjoyed our time there.

O hotel é incrível!!! Pra quem vai com criança é excelente, com mtas opções de atrações … talvez o que tenha que tomar cuidado que nos quartos da vila das flores, tem que subir por escadas, pra pessoas de idade dificulta um pouco

o hotel tem estrutura excelente! Organizado e cheio de atividades incríveis para a família. Quarto espaçoso e moderno. Única ressalva seria a limpeza. Nosso banheiro estava bem sujo. Tinha mofo nas paredes. Além disso, embaixo da cama tinha itens de outras pessoas o que indica que não havia sido higienizado de um hóspede para outro.

O resort é incrível, várias opções de alimentação e bebidas à vontade. Quartos impecáveis e tem Uma decoração maravilhosa. Super indico. A única observação que faço é que poderia ter uma qtde maior de banheiros nas áreas comuns e ter chuveiros para que seja possível tomar o banho no dia do checkout que é as onze, mas que liberam a saída estendida até as 3 horas.

Reservei o hotel para meus pais. Atendimento ótimo e comida muito boa, porém as instalações deixaram a desejar. No primeiro dia o ar condicionado não estava gelando, manutenção foi no apartamento e não resolveu, ficou sem funcionar durante os 3 dias de permanência. Todos os dias a água do chuveiro oscilava entre quente e fria.

Precisam melhorar alimentação para crianças e bebe

O hotel é muito bom. Mas pecam em algumas coisas essenciais para aqueles que vão com crianças pequenas. Não tem comida sem açúcar para crianças. Foram gentis e quando solicitei, fizeram para o dia seguinte. Mas deveria ter opções assim de forma rotineira. Bebês não devem comer açúcar até dois anos!!! Almoço começa meio dia. Podia começar 11:30. Janta começa às 20h. Inaceitável para crianças pequenas jantar a esse horário - que já devem estar dormindo. Fora isso, vale a pena. Mas essas questões realmente prejudicam estada de quem vai com crianças.
