Horrible smell

We were given a filthy room The tub smelled like is someone had defecated on the floor. In fact the whole room smelled very bad. We requested a diferent room and were told that we will get another room only after they checked to see if in fact our room smelled bad. We finally were given another room after two hours. It was an unpleasant experience.
