Primeiro, me surpreendeu que o checkout do hotel fosse às 11h, pois a maioria de lá adota 12h. Não houve problema quanto a isso, mas considero incomum para a região. Ficamos em 2 quartos por 2 diárias e, logo no início, um dos quartos apresentava um odor muito forte de urina. Não compreendo como um quarto nessa condição é disponibilizado para hóspedes. Fizemos a reclamação na recepção e fomos realocados. A segunda situação ocorreu no dia da saída. Minha mãe, (76 anos), com problemas respiratórios, trombose e diverticulite, passou a madrugada muito mal. Solicitei estender o checkout até as 12h, para que ela pudesse se recuperar minimamente antes de seguirmos para outro hotel, cujo check-in seria apenas às 14h em Florianópolis. A solicitação foi negada pelo funcionário. Mais tarde, como ela não melhorava, pedimos para falar com a gerente. A responsável veio até nós, mas, em vez de apresentar uma justificativa clara para a negativa, recomendou remédios (sem ser profissional de saúde) e até sugeriu que minha mãe usasse fraldas (calcinha impermeável ela disse), o que nos deixou desconfortáveis. Não houve abertura para flexibilizar a saída por apenas uma hora, mesmo diante do próprio hotel ter check-in às 14h. Sei que hotéis têm regras e questões de saúde são tratadas em hospitais, mas acreditamos que situações excepcionais pedem um mínimo de sensibilidade e bom senso, especialmente envolvendo uma pessoa idosa. No restante, a hospedagem foi adequada.

The hotel, overall, is a really good ratio between price and comfort. An international breakfast with some brazilian bread. The room is spacious, but cabo tv signal was not good, the front door was with interference and difficult to close, but the room itself looks refurnished and it is well localized, close to the shopping mall.

O café da manhã era muito bom, variádo e comidas frescas. O estacionamento é seguro e espaçoso. Em relação a limpeza do quarto, notei um pouco de sujeira no primeiro dia, no chão, mas nada de mais. O quarto no 1 andar de frente para rua era muito barulhento, havia um barulho continuo do que parece ser de energia elétrica ou algo do tipo que atrapalha bastante o sono, além do frigobar que também era muito barulhento. A luz do corredor ficava sempre acesa, o que acaba gerando um pouco de luminosidade pela porta. O hotel em si é bom, porém estes problemas para dormir fazem não valer tanto o preço da diária.

O hotel era ótimo se tratando de limpeza, conforto, organização. Porém, o hotel tem sérios problemas com seu sistema de encanação pois infelizmente o cheiro de esgoto era forte. Vc sente o cheiro já na recepção, e no banheiro do quarto era mais forte ainda. Lamentável, pois não era falta de limpeza, pois o hotel era bem limpo e organizado. Mas para não destacar só lado ruim, preciso dizer que as camas eram confortáveis, o café da manhã era bom também, em fim…

Gostei da estadia, quarto limpo, confortável, porém compacto. Café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedade, porém senti falta de algo salgado sem ser pão, tipo torta, quiche … A localização é privilegiada por ser do lado da rodoviária, Shoping, parque da NASA e oque do dinossauro, porém se for voltar escolheria um hotel beira mar.
