The hotel is good, the shower is not the best but works, the staff is amazing. The breakfast are not 100% inclusive, some days there’s no gluten free options except for a bread or a tapioca, not even the teas are gluten free, I wish they could have more gluten free options since Brasil have so many things that are gluten free. They could have yogurts gluten free, teas, cakes… except for this, the location is amazing and the staff too.

Já me hospedei em outros hotéis de BC e, sem dúvida, o Sibara foi o melhor de todos. Equipe muito prestativa, limpeza do quarto muito boa, cama, travesseiros, toalhas muito cheirosas e limpas, as camareiras muito educadas e prestativas e o café da manhã muito bom com muita variedade. A área da piscina então, maravilhosa. Fui com a família, super recomendo. Voltaremos.

Para um hotel caro desse tanto (R$ 1700 a diária) a equipe poderia ser menos esnobe e tratar o hóspede com mais delicadeza. Ao chegarmos quase parece que levamos uma "bronca" por não termos chego no horário do check in (sendo que só queríamos deixar as malas); antes mesmo de pegar as malas o funcionário inquiriu (sim, foi quase como uma acusação) se a gente tinha reserva(????); além disso, a equipe não se preocupa em pegar suas malas (tanto do maleiro, quanto pra levar até o quarto) - o que pode parecer besteira, mas é BÁSICO em hotéis desse valor. Quando finalmente chegamos para o check in, demorou infinitamente, a funcionária deu pouquíssimas explicações sobre como o hotel funciona e como chegar até o quarto (o que foi muito complexo, pois o hotel é mal sinalizado e parece prédio residencial). Além disso, a limpeza do quarto é muito precária, já no primeiro dia vimos que o ofurô não estava tão limpo assim, no dia seguinte (após a limpeza), continuava sujo, os cabelos no box não foram tirados e encontramos mosquitos e besouros mortos no chão (após a limpeza do quarto!!!!). A suíte é muito bonita e confortável, o café da manhã é variado, mas as coisas poderiam estar mais frescas. Enfim, não é o fim do mundo, mas pelo preço precisaria entregar muito mais. E por fim: instruam os funcionários a tratarem melhor os hóspedes, se a pessoa paga tudo isso em uma diária o mínimo é ter um tratamento decente.

O que tem de melhor: localização central e (perto da praia), infra ótima com piscina aberta e térmica. O quarto que fomos acomodados (740) estava com problema nas portas que não fechavam bem e rangiam muito. Solicitamos a troca e fomos encaminhados para outro muito melhor com sacada e mais espaçoso (1232). Porém o chuveiro do novo quarto não esquentava quase nada. Comunicamos na recepção mas não conseguiram resolver. Para não termos que mudar novamente de quarto, ficamos com o banho meio frio mesmo. O café da manhã é bem completo, mas se repete todo santo dia. A ilha da tapioca é uma furada, a senhora que atende está sempre numa má vontade e me disse no 1º dia para eu pedir logo que já estava acabando, sendo que era 9:45 e o café vai até as 10h. Além disso a tapioca dela é bem ruim, não compensa.
