Noisy room 651 next to the service elevator

They put me on unit 651 which was next to the service elevator with the elevator machinery right above it. Once the cleaning crew started working at 8am it was simply impossible to sleep inside that room due to the very high noise from the elevator. That room should not be used for guests, let alone Gold members

Ótimo hotel, com excelente localização. Equipe atenciosa, educada. Café da manhã com ótimas opções. Quarto espaçoso, banheiro bom, chuveiro maravilhoso, com água super quente, e ótima pressão. Único item que poderia ser melhor, é a qualidade das toalhas, que são finas demais e pequenas demais.

Então ao chegar, me interpelaram pelas informações que já tinha feito check in online Faltavam quardanapos no café da manhã. As toalhas eram velhas e rasgadas. Não haviam toalhas de rosto. O ar condicionado não tinha o defletor. Quarto sem manutenção apropriada.

Não recomendo ficar no ultimo andar, pois tem quartos que é insuportável o barulho do motor do elevador de serviço funcionando pelo dia inteiro. Pedi pra me realocarem de andar e a equipe foi muito atenciosa ao atender e me transferir ao 1°. Lá tava tudo tranquilo, mas se não tivesse outro quarto eu iria mudar de hotel.

Surpresa agradável e excelente custo X benefício.

O check-in mais cedo como cortesia foi excelente, nosso quarto e banheiro tinha um tamanho ideal para casal, a profissional de organização dos quartos do nosso andar foi muita atenciosa fornecendo mais travesseiros e toalha. Café da manhã muito bom e com várias opções de alimentos. Equipe do estacionamento prestativa e rápida para disponibilizar o carro. A decoração com centenas de miniaturas de fuscas e diversos detalhes da área automotiva ficou muito legal. A localização é privilegiada, por estar pertinho da região central com restaurantes, lojas, mercados, padarias e duas quadras da praia. Pretendemos voltar mais vezes.
