Here's a revised version of your review: --- I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The recent refurbishment has given it a fresh and modern feel, and everything was super clean. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. I visited in May during the low season, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the lush greenery surrounding the hotel, as it enhanced the tranquil environment.

The property itself is visually appealing and offers a spacious environment. Breakfast is adequate, although somewhat limited in variety, and overall cleanliness meets basic expectations. However, the stay was compromised by a clear failure in reservation management. We booked a luxury double room, yet upon arrival we were assigned a standard room, which does not align with the confirmed reservation. After raising the issue, we were informed that no appropriate room was available and were offered a double room with two standard beds, which does not constitute a comparable replacement. More concerning was the suggestion that we should have booked two separate rooms, despite having made a reservation that included a couple with a child. This response indicates a lack of accountability and a misunderstanding of basic customer expectations. The matter was reported during the stay, but no effective resolution was provided. While the physical structure of the hotel is satisfactory, the inconsistency between what is sold and what is delivered, combined with the handling of the situation, significantly impacts the overall experience. Not aligned with the expected standard.

It’s a good hotel overall. But the design is very weird. It’s like a labyrinth. It’s difficult to find everything and you have to walk around in circles to get to where you need to go. Also, there’s nothing around there. So if you want to go to a restaurant or downtown or anything you have to take a taxi or an Uber. It’s not walking distance to anything. It’s also not far by taxi, but that’s what makes it inconvenience too far to walk and too close to take taxis

Lack of staff and insumes

Everything was excelent , I' m a Interior Designer and Art Director, loved the quality of furniture, interiors and all top materials in all surrowdings. I have only two tips thatbwould give Quality Hotel Blumenau even more quality : - TOWELS ! We are right in the region of the country known by producing the best towels of the country...or the world. Give Quality Hotel FLUFFIER and BIGGER towels. - STAFF . Swimming pools kept all Monday Morning unnatended . We had to ask for a glass of water while breakfast was stiil being served. It was said service was going to be openned at 11...nobody showed up. - STAFF AND SERVICE First day. Checking in. Asked for a beer from the var across the lobby, BellCaptain suggested me to get one on the fridge in my room. For four days Iwas a guest at the hotel, I'd never see a soul in the bar. On the 3.rd day, as I was expecting a friend to come down, saw a couple arriving from outside, asked for some coofee ...there were no capsules avaiable ! I'd say that bar would give some action and liveness to the ever static lobby. Give it a try !!!

A infraestrutura do hotel é boa (apesar de uma das piscinas estarem em reforma em nossa estadia). Mas, é silencioso e com espaços bons. Porém, pelo valor pago na diária, alguns itens deixam a desejar: Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Atendentes poderiam ser melhor treinados e preparados. As folhas de banho são ruins. Muito finas e pequenas. A internet, no quarto em que ficamos, não funcionava direito. As paredes do quarto estavam todas riscadas. Penso que poderiam olhar melhor alguns fatores que tornariam o valor pago da estadia não aderentes à realidade do hotel.

Toda estrutura do hotel muito nova e limpa. Unico problema que achei bem grave é o ar condicionado estar localizado bem acima do criado mudo. Ele pingou agua a noite toda e molhou os celulares que estavam carregando. Achei perigoso alem de possivel de danificar os aparelhos.

O quarto estava limpo. Talvez mereceria um pouco de atenção nos banheiros, devido a umidade. Já a experiência como um todo foi maravilhosa. O café da manhã é delicioso. E, o restaurante é um item a parte. Que equipe maravilhosa. Um abraço especial ao Vinicius, que imagino que coordene tudo, o seu atendimento e de sua equipe foi diferenciado. Comida ótima e com um preço com custo benefício realmente legal. Foi um final de semana diferente e muito alegre
