Pedi uma coberta (não tinha nenhuma no quarto) para a minha dormir, demoraram mais de meia hora para levar no quarto. Tive que descer na recepção para reclamar. No check-in o piso do quarto estava encharcado de água, o banheiro cheio de mofo nos rejuntes. Perguntava informações no WhatsApp da recepção e ficava no vácuo, não tem TV a cabo, somente smart para você conectar seu streaming. Atendimento e limpeza, péssimos.

Fiquei apenas uma diária. Minha esposa eu fomos alocados em um quarto para pessoas com deficiência. O quarto era amplo. Não havia cabides nem local para pendurar as roupas. No banheiro também não havia local para as toalhas. As toalhas de rostos estavam penduradas no suporte de apoio ao lado do vaso sanitário. A ducha era excelente, bastante água. Havia apenas um pequeno sabonete para duas pessoas. A sorte e que sempre levamos sabonete. Não havia copos no quarto . Peguei copos descartaveis na recepção. A Internet falha constantemente. O estacionamento é horrível e insuficiente para o número de hóspedes. O nosso ficou em um terreno ao lado do hotel, o portão é acionado pelo interfone. Imagino com chuva! O café da manhã é bom , farto e com produtos de qualidade . Como foi no feriado de carnaval, o restaurante estava lotado. Equipe educada e eficiente. Check in e check out muito simples e rápido.
