Os anfitriões são receptivos, educados e solícitos, no entanto coisas básicas em uma pousada deixam a desejar: Não tem se quer um espelho no quarto, o ar condicionado não funcionou, a internet funciona muito mal, e as tomadas do quarto é com dois pinos, modelo antigo, se não tiver um adaptador ficará sem carregar inclusive o celular.
