The room is more than neglected. There are pictures I can show how trashy it looks, not only is it beat up and graffitied on but there has been no attempt made to fix a place that looks like it's been broken into and ransacked in the bathroom. The rest of the room looks impeccable, better than some other hotels that I've seen. I just don't understand how it's allowed to do what they did with not taking care of the way the bathroom is. Hopefully they let me get a refund, but I worked 13 hours today and I am not up for getting out of the room until I have some sleep

My stay here was for an overnight for a family get together celebration. The room was clean comfortable for the night, the only thing wrong was the warm inside of the mini fridge, otherwise the stay was great

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars I stayed at Econo Lodge for two nights this past weekend, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was no staff around at all for most of our stay, and when we finally found someone, they were completely unhelpful. We found a cockroach inside the hair dryer, which was absolutely disgusting. The hotel falsely advertises amenities — it says there’s a gym (there isn’t), and that breakfast is included, but both mornings we were told they don’t serve breakfast and there was no food available. Our room was filthy, and housekeeping never showed up once — no bed made, no clean towels, no trash taken out. For the price they charge, it’s extremely overpriced — the quality of the stay doesn’t even come close to matching the cost. Honestly, this place shouldn’t be priced at more than $30 a night given the poor conditions and lack of service. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied and very upset with this stay. Would never stay here again and strongly recommend others avoid this hotel altogether.

No frills stay for a conference nearby. Upon arrival we were informed that sadly breakfast was not being served as advertised. Staff was very friendly. Room a bit outdated, but clean. Great pillows but wonky mattresses. The parking lot needs repaving STAT, it’s like driving on the moon!

For a price of $250 per night, this hotel is quite frankly a ripoff. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, but that's where my praise ends. The hotel is filthy and run down. The floors and walls are stained, and the whole building smells musty. The room itself was relatively clean, but some of the outlets did not work, and the lamp that was supposed to be attached to the wall was nearly falling off. They are "temporarily" not offering breakfast, but based on other reviews, it seems this may be permanent. Overall, it was a very dissapointing experience. Find anywhere else to stay in Ithaca if you can.

OK for the price

I appreciated the very low cost. The place is run down. Bathroom door had a large "crater", as if someone hit it. Sink and tub are all scratched up. Nevertheless, things were clean. Ground floor room is a little noisy due to traffic in the parking lot.

Awful experience

I booked the room because under the lies there was breakfast and a pool. This place had neither. The hallways smell, the stairs weren’t clean. I honestly would like my money back after the false advertising and hotel condition. I have another trip booked here with my daughter in two weeks that I’ll be canceling immediately.

Do not book it. Stay away.

There was no breakfast served even though it was marketed during reservation. Room was not made. We had to clean our room make our own bed went to front desk to get fresh towels and bedsheet. Front desk area stinks badly. With 2 kids and a dog we made a wrong choice looks like. I am asking for my money back.

This hotel should be condemned. We had to leave for health reasons despite being overpriced and nonrefundable by Orbitz. We then had to find oher accommodations. I will never book another hotel through Orbitz!
