Needed a good safe clean place to stay in Ithaca for just one night. This was perfect. Only five minute drive from Cornell University in and around the Ithaca airport. Very good friendly desk service. Classicx Marriott cleanliness and upkeep of property. Would love to stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's clean and pet friendly. However, they have recently begun pulling up their complimentary coffee dispensers ONLY from early to late morning, forcing you to pay over $5.50 a cup from their breakfast cafe' counter if you want a morning coffee. In the afternoon and evening, they put THE SAME coffee out for free. It's such a tacky money grab. I won't be staying again.

I booked a room for my Mom, who does not travel or use computers. I called ahead to ensure her check in process would go smoothly and Dante (11/18 evening) was fantastic on the phone ensuring her check in and comfort details went smoothly. Then this morning, Jelisa (11/19 overnight) helped my Mom with directions and check-out to ensure her departure went smoothly as well. They both did an outstanding job ensuring my Mom's stay was great! Thank you for their excellent customer service!

We arrived on a Friday and were disappointed to find out that the bar and restaurant were not open due to staffing issues. We had to go out to find dinner at another location. Otherwise, we were happy with the room and hotel. I did not like the Starbucks option for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Too expensive.
