OK Courtyard

It was a slightly more weathered looking Courtyard, but it was fine. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The parking lot could have been plowed better.

Unfortunately, due to an app issue, I was unable to reserve the hotel through the app and had to go through a third-party Expedia. I had called the hotel to confirm that I would be able to park and get a shuttle to the airport and they affirmed they could provide the service, that being said, I got to the hotel and they said because I went through a third-party for the reservation I was not able to park and get a shuttle. I was informed by the receptionist that that change went into affect as of February 2025, going back to when I called , that was never informed to me. There was no disclaimer on the website or on Expedia regarding that change. There was no accommodation of any means to rectify the circumstance. I’m extremely disappointed in the poor customer service not by the representative. But by the fact that they simply did not honor what I I was told in the call.

Traveling with my grandchildren who where disappointed the pool wasn't open. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was very tiny.
