Staff was amazing, room was partially clean however a lot of scuff marks on the baseboards and lower wall areas, questionable spots on the wall areas in the bathroom, lack luster availability to amenities due to a "main breakage" so no pool, key cards needed replaced/reprogramed, vending machine on 4th floor lacked, broken/questionable elevators, visible water damage in parts of the hotel ceiling, the lobby was a icebox (no heat), God awful feces smell in hallway leading to the elevators assuming due to the main breakage.

The room and amenities were very nice. There was a problem with the parking garage though that was very frustrating. The remote system was not working despite having a validated ticket and since there was no attendant in the booth it was very frustrating to get the problem resolved. This problem needs to be resolved!!!

The hvac in the room was extremely loud and inconsistent. Mini fridge was loud. No microwave. Light in shower was like a nightlight and made it very hard to see in the shower. Lobby was extremely cold. No coffee at the coffee station and the one time there was it was lukewarm and burnt. Will be removing this one from my list of places to stay when visiting.
