Room was very clean. Great location to explore the downtown. The staff are fantastic all around and they were the highlight for me. I ended up needing help from maintenance and the gentleman was so friendly and helpful. Front desk, restaurant, they were all great.

Decent hotel amenities. BUT, our room was only cleaned once during our weeklong stay, even after asking at front desk multiple times. The downstairs gym was ok but not stocked with towels. The self-serve coffee machine in lobby was not restocked often enough, no cups no creamer. Was quite disappointing after our previous better reviewed stay. Perhaps staffing issues?

Rm 1015- accessible( tho not needed), large and very comfortable! MV, ref, coffee stn, great king bed,…. One thing could be added/chgd/ is more towel rods in the bathrm. Location and Parking very convenient! Staff encountered in all areas were attentive, friendly and accommodating.
