Spacious, clean and very well equipped! Great communication with owners. Unit had everything we needed. Location to Ithaca collage campus was great! Highly recommend!

This place was great! Just as the photos showed, very clean, well appointed, everything you would need in the kitchens and bathrooms. Evan made contact a few days before we arrived with check in info, then checked in the night before we left with check out instructions. We had no issues. The location is great, we were there for a mini Ithaca College reunion, and this is 2 minutes from campus, and maybe 8 minutes from the commons. The hot tub was a great feature! Overall I’d definitely recommend this property!

Exceptional rental space

This place is so thoughtfully appointed and very clean and well kept. Everyone slept really well, the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is a really nice treat to help you relax. I will definitely book again when I return to Ithaca.
