The area offers numerous trekking trails for long walks or tours by mountain bike. Ideal for those who want to recharge their energy reserves in nature, but without giving up the proximity of the neighboring tourist centers: just 3 km away is Itri with its medieval castle; in 14 km you can reach Sperlonga with its picturesque old town, marina and sandy beaches; 10 km away is Gaeta with its monuments, the natural park of Monte Orlando with its military fortresses and beautiful beaches. In the pizzerias and restaurants of these tourist centers you can enjoy typical specialties, especially fish dishes, fine wines and local or imported beers.
