Sperlonga-Itri Villa 7 bedroom with swimming pool in private garden
The villa is set in a large private garden, with terraces, portico (shaded area) and fantastic views of the mountains and sea in the distance. A swimming pool 8m x 4m on it's own gated 200m2 terrace. There are 8 bedrooms; 4 with double beds and 3 twin each with 2 single beds and 1 single bedroom. Baby cot and extra child bed available. 4 bathrooms, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The house is recently renovated and decorated. There is a living room with sofa, chairs, 50 plasma TV, DVD player and AppleTV. Fibre Broadband Wifi.
Lower ground has one of the double bedrooms, and single bedroom, bathroom and games room. This is on the same level as the swimming pool.
Ground floor has kitchen, dining room, double bedroom and bathroom. This is on the same level as the large terrace and covered outdoor seating/dining.
First floor has a lounge, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and bathroom.
The top floor has 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The headroom is limited in parts by the roof beams.
There is a laundry room with machine machine.
Lower ground has one of the double bedrooms, and single bedroom, bathroom and games room. This is on the same level as the swimming pool.
