VILLA CITA surrounded by greenery, a few km from the sea of Sperlonga and Gaeta
VILLA CITA is immersed in Itri countryside about 10 minutes drive from the beautiful and crystal clear sea of Sperlonga and Gaeta with a 'large sandy beach and a picturesque old town. It 'a cool, quiet place but at the same time not isolated because nearby there are other inhabited houses. The villa, fully furnished in shabby chic style, is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is a lounge with fireplace, sofa bed, table for twelve people, double bedroom, plus another bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen small but functional and equipped with dishwasher and with everything needed for a family. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with private bathroom with shower and terrace level. The ground floor is equipped with a great patio in the summer months for a leisurely al fresco breakfast or dinner al fresco with barbecue. The house can accommodate 6/8 persons. The villa is also surrounded by about 1000 square meters of lawn with oaks and olive trees ideal for sunbathing and for children to play in total tranquility. For its location it is necessary to have a car.
VILLA CITA is perfectly situated to visit most of Italy, just over 90 km from Naples and 110 km from Rome, Itri is located on the hill so you can enjoy the fresh air even in the hottest months of summer by taking walks in the country paths in total tranquility breathing clean air with the whole family. Nearby there are riding stables and you can visit national parks (Circeo, Monte Orlando, oasis of Gianola ...) or the historical centers with their medieval castles and their Roman ruins. Sperlonga- Itri Gaeta - Terracina - Minturno are already renowned resort since Roman times. We are also about 10 minutes' drive from the renowned sandy beaches with crystal clear sea of Sperlonga and Gaeta 15 minutes from the port of Formia where you can leave for the islands of Ponza, Ventotene, Ischia and Capri.

Very nice and quiet place
Everything is great and fits with the house description. Very good communication with nice and helpful host - Simona. Nice and quiet sorroundings, well equipped outside area. I definitely recommend this place.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole permanenza durante il periodo di capodanno in questa graziosa e confortevole villa con ampio giardino. È stata un’esperienza che vorremmo ripetere e che consigliamo vivamente a gruppi di amici o a famiglie per divertimento e relax. Situata nel verde a pochi km dal bellissimo mare di sperlonga e gaeta.Ottima anche la disponibilità e la cordialità dei proprietari, persone fantastiche.
