Odair foi bem atencioso, inclusive providenciando uma fogueirinha para curtirmos com nossa filha e amigos! Foi muito legal! A casa é simples, o lugar é bem agradável e atendeu às nossas expectativas. Nos pareceu um bairro bem seguro, uma de nossas maiores preocupações. Achamos interessante e funcional a churrasqueira na cozinha.
