Boubou Etxea

Our house is located in a small typical Basque village with a beautiful view of the mountains. It is possible to start hiking trails from our home. It is a new house from 2021 on a plot of 800m².

Our house comprises:

- A ground-floor private garden (swing, clothesline, vegetable garden for seasonal vegetables, and a chicken coop with our three hens)
- A terrace with a covered area with a plancha and a fryer.
- A living room of approximately 55m²: living room with TV, dining room overlooking the garden, equipped kitchen (Delonghi coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave...)
- A master suite, with dressing room and bathroom on the ground floor,
- Upstairs, 3 bedrooms ( two with children's beds 90*200 and one with a double sofa bed),
- Upstairs, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double sinks,
- 2 toilets,
- A closed garage with a second fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, and space for bicycles,
- A private entrance with space for cars closed by a gate.

We are 5 minutes from the Nive (local river) and 30 minutes from the ocean. We are about 5 minutes walk from all shops (organic store, supermarket, bakery, butcher, cheese shop, supermarkets, pharmacies...). Also, 5 minutes away is the town of Cambo-les-Bains with Edmond Rostand's villa and the village of Espelette with its famous chili pepper. We are 25 minutes from Dantxaria (Spain) and 1 hour from San Sebastian.
The village organizes numerous events during the summer, such as night markets on certain Wednesdays and Basque pelota games at the old fronton every Saturday evening.

We have a cat named Patapon who will stay on-site, he lives outside but has access to come into the house and ask for cuddles. We also have three hens for fresh eggs every morning!
