Excellentes vacances entre amis à Itxassou

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis à Itxassou. La maison est très grande et spacieuse et le coin est très beau, avec plein de randonnées et assez proche de Bayonne et Biarritz.

Excellente semaine dans une propriété spacieuse et au calme

Excellent accueil au téléphone du propriétaire et sur place de Marie France. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette propriété spacieuse et bien équipée avec une mention spéciale pour l'excellente literie. la maison a cependant besoin d'être rafraichie (peintures extérieures, moquettes, déco vieillotte) et elle est très humide. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine et de son immense terrasse ainsi que du jardin, de la vue magnifique et du calme. Pour conclure nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour en famille !

La maison est vraiment très grande. Nous étions 11 et chacun pouvait avoir son espace. L'extérieur est super pour l'été, la piscine très propre. Charme de l'ancien. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner tout en étant au calme absolu. Accueil hyper chaleureux par Marie France, femme au dynamisme incroyable et au caractère affirmé comme on les aime 😉 Elle a même accepté de nous livrer des tartes salées et sucrées faites maison, le luxe quoi. Les grands et les petits se sont éclatés. Merci pour tout.

Cadre magnifique mais des choses à revoir

La propriété est dans un cadre magnifique et au calme. Parfait pour se reposer et déconnecter. Beaucoup de place et une literie parfaite. Par contre la maison mériterait un gros rafraîchissement (façade, dalles de la piscine descellées, terrain de pétanque impraticable, électroménager plus que vétuste). Si vous souhaitez bouger vers la côté, prévoir 45 minutes de route. Mention spéciale à Marie-France pour l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité.

Cadre magnifique. Idéalement situé pour de belles randonnées.

Nous avons passé 1 excellent séjour. Belle propriété, au calme. En revanche, certains équipements sont vétustes (frigo), et la maison aurait besoin de'1 rafraîchissement de certains espaces dans les chambres et les salles de bains. Des vacances reposantes dans 1 endroit idyllique avec 1 accueil fort sympathique de Marie-France

Location très agréable et parfaite pour se poser en famille ou entre amis. Par contre prévoir courses avant car isoler des commerces. Adresse et localisation pas très claire et difficile a trouver
