I had a great time here the rooms where well priced. 15 minute walk to the train station. Taxis are always reliable and staff was always friendly and willing to help out. Just be sure to that a translation app ready if you don't speak Japanese.

Small but comfortable

Room was a little cramped but very comfortable. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent but small. It was clean and clean towels were provided every day. The location was excellent, close to MCAS Iwakuni and close to the city center. The provided meals were frozen microwaveable dishes that were tasty but only providing frozen meals was disappointing but you are close to a convenience store and not far from many amazing restaurants.

The change with the initial reservation caused some confusion despite communicating this to staff well in advance. When returning to the rooms after a long day we could not access them with new codes provided earlier in the day. Communication with staff after hours was extremely frustrating as foreigners as they were laughing and not helpful with providing efficient customer service. The emergency personnel were rude and took their time despite the cold weather conditions in the late hours of the night. There was no compensation for the inconvenience to guests.

Very quiet. Units are on the small size but it is everything you need. Best for 1-2 people with minimal luggage. Every unit/ room had a small set of stairs.
