Absolutely fantastic stay! Very clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Japanes Breakfast buffet delicious, great perk. Bed was very firm but so clean and they provide you with robes and all the essentials you need. Water tank, ice, coffee available on lobby, laundry on site and the cleanest bathrooms ever

Delicious fresh Japanese breakfast every morning, coffee, ice and water always available. The staff so pleasant and helpful. Google translate wins! Enjoyed the location and easy to get on the trains and buses. Very pleasant stay, highly recommend. Beds a bit firm for my taste but everything spotless and well kept.

The hallways are hot, no A/C - also, if you try to use an elevator during the time the cleaning staff is cleaning rooms, it can take over 15 minutes. No easy load/unload area from any vehicle. Room was nice and restroom was clean even though everything was small, it was nicely equipped. Decent hotel near train station in nice downtown.

Good 2 night stay

Comfortable bed. Additional amenities in the lobby on a cart include toothbrushes, cotton swabs, tea etc. Breakfast, buffet style, was included with mostly Japanese selections which were good and filling.

The staff are pretty wonderful and so helpful! There are laundry facilities which is helpful and the dryer will dry clothes American style (fully dry) but there is also a hanging line in the bathroom shower to hang clothes too. The room was a little small but it is more of a business hotel and than family but my teen and tween and myself made a king size room work for 9 days. Lawson’s is right across the street so handy for affordable snacks and meals and Fuji dept store is a couple of doors down for groceries or shopping. Lots of small restaurants right around the hotel and the post office is next door. We had no issues and highly recommend this hotel for short or longer stays!
