Really convenient and clean. Only caveat: On weekends some rooms face a night club and the music volume makes it impossible to sleep. Take noise cancellation headphones and problem solved.

Terrible place, luckily I only need one night before I went to my fancy hotel . This place is filthy , 2 sets of stairs to get to it, no elevator. The downstairs is business . The second level next to the rooms is a karaoke bar with a 30 yard space between the rooms. The music is so loud until 2:00 am snd then the music stops but the crow is there until 3:00 am or do. Also next to it is two more dancing clubs with music so loud in each corner. The stuff is friendly but the place horrible, you get what you pay for

When we first got to Ixtapa we were welcomed and happy that Jose could speak perfect English. Rickie the bell boy was very sweet and the place was cleaned everyday by the sweet ladies who work so hard climbing those stairs daily. The location was top and the pool was fantastic. The only thing was Senior Frogs was loud. The stairs were a bit of a haul but other than that we would stay again.

This hotel is not for sleeping.

Not so good. The weather was always above 80 degrees F. The hotel has no ice. There was loud party music every night. We could not sleep.

Nothing fancy about the hotel/rooms but very clean and functional. The locational was excellent as well as the staff.

On Main Drag.

On main drag, next to many restaurants-marketplace. Clean, very safe. You have to go through large hotels in front to access the beach. Located on 2nd story, a real problem if you have to drag your luggage up the stairs- bellhop took care of that. Domino's pizza next door, great hamburger joint behind hotel . OK pool on top story. Here is the best part, two bars behind the hotel who played until three in the morning- if you are a light sleeper pass on this local. Inexpensive alternative compared to the high rise beach front hotels located across street.

pleasant stay!

Our daughter's family was staying across the street, but we could not get a reservation at the same hotel, so location was excellent. The room was very clean every day. We enjoyed being in the middle of restaurants and shopping area. The pool was also kept very clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and most accommodating.

No major complaints

Stayed for one night. Manager demanded a paper printout of the hotels.com reservation. Good thing I had one. Wifi coverage was very spotty. Old fashioned hotel key is given on a cord that can be worn around the neck - clever. Room is very warm at first because air conditioner is a window unit that is off by default. But cools readily. Not too luxurious but quite serviceable hotel. No major complaints.

Good but a bit expensive.

The location is very centric and close to everything. evertheless they share bulding with some businesses and it's quite loud. The pool is a plain joke. A bit expensive for what you get.
