Open floor, US/CANADA style. Located in 12th floor with breathtaking views from there. Living and dining room with great kitchen of granite countertop for a very modern floor plan. Size is 177.1 sq mtrs = 1,906 sq ft. COVID PRECAUTIONS: TOWELS AND BEDDING ARE ALWAYS WASHED WITH HOT WATER PRIOR STAYS; FLOORS AND KITCHEN ARE SANITIZED WITH PRODUCTS RECOMMENDED FOR. SANITIZATION PRODUCT IS SPRAYED WITHIN ALL THE CONDO PRIOR ARRIVALS.
4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, master with king size bed and private bathroom, other 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, one of them with private bathroom. 4th small room called "THE DEN" with bunk bed, one queen size and the other is individual; Third bathroom servicing the other 2 bedrooms plus common areas, all with A/C. Kitchen with huge fridge to last groceries for days. Italian electric cooktop with oven and dishwasher; also microwave and nice coffeemaker with assorted types of coffee (regular, cappuccino, latte, etc.). Equipped with washer and dryer machines as well.
Huge 55" led TV set at living room; a second led TV set 42" at main room. High speed internet.
Great living room for watching TV and also a working station there; nice dining table with 8 chairs.
Lovely terrace with a huge space for enjoying sunsets and equipped with 2 adjustable lounge chairs.
In our tower we have 2 elevators servicing 3 Condos per floor; more than enough for going up or down!

My husband and I stayed in this four bedroom gorgeous condo with killer views!! Beautiful weather- all sunshine! Owner has thought of all the extras a guest would want or need! We give it 5 stars
