Koskoca dedeman otelinde yerde nasıl halı olmaz bu bir ! Odada pencere yok ve odayı kiralarken bu bilgi eksikti bu 2! İnanılmaz kötü bir otopark girişi var bulması imkansız bu 3 . Kahvaltı çok zayıftı bu da 4 .3 yıldızı da otelin konumunun harika olması sebebiyle verdim .

Özel bir işimiz için ailece gittik. Otel müdürü ve personeli tarafından sıcak karşılandık. Teşekkür ederiz. Ancak, arabayı park etmek için garaja girince aslında otelin daha inşaat halinde olduğunu anladık. Her taraf malzeme artıkları ve toz-toprak içindeydi. Odalara çıkınca bu durum teyit oldu. Buz gibi bir oda, 15 dakikada anca ısınan ve başta sapsarı akan bir su, tıkalı bir duş gideri, açılmayan ve çok az akan bir tuvalet musluğu, kapanmayan ve maalesef ses gelen bir pencere, çok kötü işçilik vb. Daha listeyi uzatabilirim, ama bence yeterli. Ayrıca otelin altında dışarı açık bir cafe var ve girişte güvenlik yok. İsteyen yukarı çıkıp odanıza kadar gelebilir. Bu sebeple otel lobisi de buz gibi. Kahvaltı salonu da lobide olduğu için, ancak palto ve kabanla oturabilirsiniz. Zira, kahvaltı salonu ön giriş ve arka giriş arasında olduğu için sıkı ceryan yapıyor. Açıkçası biz Dedeman otel diye gittik, ama Dedeman ismine yakışmayan bir otelle karşılaştık. Maalesef olmamış… Tekrar ederim, müdür ve personel çok yardımcı olmaya da çalışsalar da, ellerinden gelecek bir şey yoktu.
