Lovely, clean, comfy hotel

Very pleasant staff and cute hotel. Rooms very clean and tidy. WiFi perfect. Was really looking forward to a bath in the room as said on description but had a shower instead but that’s only the small thing. Beds very comfy and heated rooms for winter months. Would stay again. Mini bar not overpriced either. Would recommend

I booked room 4 tow nights first night was so bad

First night the aircodation was not working and the minybar was off and they give me so small room the secnd night after i called expidia for 6 times the changed the room at 6 pm the stuff was friendly but the hotle mangement do not care

Maybe only 2 star hotel that's it.

I have stayed in many different types of hotel and surely this hotel is in the bottom half of my favorite hotel. Barely 2 star hotel. They charged me twice and delayed on refund. The rooms are dirty Dirty carpet Cockroach in the bathroom Slow drain in the bathroom Bad quality shampoo and body wash And don't get me started on the location. Unless other places are booked and you really have to sleep somewhere, I don't recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a vicious company that does not follow the commercial law that the world promises and keeps, and I think that this should be used to mobilize all means to know the travelers around the world so that this damage is no longer used as a means of making customers anymore. . We made a reservation for this trip and the day in the afternoon, and immediately pressed the cancellation button. However, I have been consulted with the hotel for a long time, but I can't refund and some refunds are consistent and refuse to refund. Incredible policies can be established in each hotel, but the commercial law does not allow it. If we seriously judge the hotel and usually think of it for customers, we will use it as a means of making money in all other ways. Hotel Scom hope you don't erase this article. In the future, we will promote the problems of the hotel centered on YouTube broadcasting and Facebook and the travel clubs, and promote it through many places, including Google, so that this damage is no longer. İşlerinizi halletmek için eğer izmire geldiyseniz konaklanabilinir. Ama yol üstü olduğu için konumu, uykusu hafif olanlar için araba sesleri rahatsızlık verebilir. Kahvaltısı güzeldi en beğendiğim tarafı kahvaltısıydı personel olarakta güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler.

La experiencia fue lamentable. Llegar por la novhe y darte cuenta de que te dan una diminuta habitaciòn de supuestamente no funadores con una peste tremenda a tabaco y un cenicero en la habitaciòn. Ademàs tener que discutir con el personal de recepciòn si huele o no a tabaco fue lamentable. De la limpieza mejor ni hablar, porque no existe. Està anticuado y se cae a trozos todo. Punto a favor, despuès de quejarnos nos trasladaron a un hotel del mismo dueño justo en frente. Algo mejor

Trevligt och rent hotell

Fantastiskt service. Alla var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Receptionen hjälpte oss dag och natt. Conciergerna lika så. Städarna var trevliga och rena. Restaurang personal, både på morgonen och kvällen var fantastiska.
