I had a lovely warm welcome from the team at Tav who remembered me from previous stays, gave me a very comfortable room and helped with baggage. The room is clean and considering you are in the centre of the terminals, extremely quiet. Will definitely return, so convenient for an early morning flight.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this airport hotel, which is pretty decent! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. They were kind to upgrade my room at no cost along with a complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed with nice soft pillows. The bathroom was also spotless. They’ve improved the breakfast area since the last time I stayed. The only thing I would flag for those taking work calls is that wifi connection was a little patchy but works absolutely fine on phones etc., unless you are on a work call on Teams. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great location, right inside the airport. Signage from international arrivals is deficient. Friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Easily connected to public transportation (train, bus, taxi). The breakfast spread was delicious. The room had a menu for a mini bar but the fridge was empty! Note that one has to go through a security check to enter, since the hotel lobby is within the airport, and airports in Turkey have a security control at the entrances as well. Overall a great stay!

The staff was outstanding. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They got us through security easily, they parked our car, they gave us an upgraded room at no extra cost, and they took our (many) suitcases directly from our room to the gate.

Convenient for early flights. Very friendly and helpful staff. The temperature of the room in heating season is stuck at 23C. This seems to be standard in most larger hotels. However there is no operable windows at this hotel from what we could see. We still slept ok , but with no blankets .
