One of the most overpriced hotels I have stayed in. Reception staff were lovely, other staff were rude. Room was really dark. Breakfast was very poor. On a 16 day Vegas to Yellowstone road trip, this was one of the more expensive hotels, but we stayed in better roadside motels.

The hotel lobby and breakfast area were great (a great online bait and switch marketing trick), but the over $400 room was stinky, the bathroom was tiny, extremely low water pressure, the sheets were yellow. Couldn't wait to check out.

Classic lesson of supply and demand. Cleanliness was good and beds comfortable but a 2 star (at best) at 4 star price. If you’re in the Annex (old building) enjoy the view of the dumpster and be prepared for the 5am dumpster pickup. (Both mornings we were there).

I liked almost everything about this hotel, except there were a few areas that needed updating like the cabins. But I had one big problem with the front desk manager, Kim. After staying 5 nights, I asked her if my husband and I could use the pool for a short while after checkout. She refused . That courtesy had always been extended with all hotels we had stayed in the past. I reminded her that the pool was never crowded and we wouldn't be taking up the place of a current registered guest. She still refused. Then she said the pool was closed for maintenance. Why didn't she say that at the beginning of our conversation.? However my husband went toward the pool and spoke to the engineer who told him the pool was fine for use. They were working on the hot tub. I have to say she was the only staff member that was so rude. Everyone else was very helpful

No hot water in the morning

No hot water for showers in the morning and they said to contact Hotels.com for a refund. They could not help me either. Since it was only one night we had to leave on our journey. Also the bathroom paint was chipped off most everywhere. Some maintenance needs to be done.
