Lodging in downtown Jackson is quite pricey and this property is no exception. You are paying for the convenience of being able to walk to everything in the area. The room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom was nice. You can think of this Inn as a high end cabin but certainly, no high end chain hotel.

Unfortunately we had inconsiderate people above us on the second floor that continuously walked back and forth in there room for hours from 5 am to 7 am and we could hear every footstep.

There is no elevator for the second floor. It was a spot to catch some rest but far fetched pricing. Lady at the front desk was not very welcoming, straight to the point.

Good for a quick stay

The place has had a recent small facelift- paint, carpet, etc. Still have a bit of a "motel" feel with older counters and furniture, but everything was very clean. I wish there has been sheers on the large window as well as darkening drapes so we didnt feel so visable to the parking lot when drapes were open.

Great sized room. We stayed two nights. Beds were made up, new towels and wastebaskets emptied. So many places only do this upon request. Comfortable and convenient for restaurants and shopping.

Overall nice stay. Property was clean and location was very convenient to the downtown area and GTNP. Just a short walk to downtown and less than 20 minutes to GTNP. Fairly quiet, easy parking.

Sweetest staff. Huge beautiful room. 3 beds! No one has to sleep in a pullout like other places. I wish i was staying longer. Will definitely be my go to in the future.

Parking at the hotel was easy and it was an easy walk to town. Our room was very clean and nice. Parking in the town was not good, very busy this weekend. Found a wonderful pizza place. Would recommend.
