Will not recommend this property. Ok lots to say, staff friendly, property clean. All halls are outside, yes indoor pool & hot tub are indoors but you have to walk outside to get to them. The bar/restraint closed at 1pm because it’s is off season…not posted on web site bar hours are different. That was the whole reason we booked there was bar on site. NOW to the room, bathroom is so small that you have to squeeze past the toilet, step in the shower just to close the door( see pic below). Not sound resistant, the people above us if the walked it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Parking is horrible, super small lots.

Within 20 minutes of checking into my room a housekeeper let herself into my room without knocking or apology. They leave cleaning carts stationed outside near the rooms and they are not quiet when using them in the morning. Their solution? Earplugs left in the room for guests. This is a red flag for me when it comes to any hotel/motel. Didn’t hear any guests only employees.

Nice people. Small restaurant, but good. Easy to walk to the square. But the noise from the street was horrble! Couldn't sleep, and I travel a lot. On site parking limited, but they work with local businesses for additional spaces, but inconvenient nonetheless.

Clean room, staff was so nice checking in and checking out very attentive I requested an iron and they brought me one to my room! The area is great 7 minute walk to downtown Jackson hole. Parking is so convenient! Overall such a great stay we will be back and staying with them!
