This place was ridiculously expensive and not clean. Our bathroom was dirty and paint was peeling off the bottom of the tub terribly. The tub also took over 30 minutes to drain . The first floor smelt like smoke every time we walked to our cars. Our room was never cleaned during our stay either. I brought up concerns at the front desk and they offered no solution.

Had to clean before I left throwing the trash annd doing the dishes and hotel will charge a fee for extra towels. It’s insane at a $500 a day.

The room is ok. They don’t provide daily room clean. It is lack of vanity as a resort, no tea, no shower cap, etc. As a hotel it is ok. As a resort, they are not up to it.

This was a very overprice resort. Rooms where nothing fancy and had a fire alarm light that flashed all night. The food was absolutely horrible and very very expensive. The beds where nice though and it was nice to have a bar. Would definitely find a cheaper route next time

For the cost of the property, it was offensive to have to remove linens and trash from the unit and do any dishes used. That should be part of the total cost. TVs did not work, no extra linens, broken window lock. Great parking.

I booked an ADA room - my husband is in a wheelchair. First, I was told I hadn't booked one and when I produced paperwork they blamed it on Expedia. We were given the room that had a roll-in shower but no shower chair. I called and requested one. Never received a callback that night. I called again in the morning and was told they didn't have shower chairs. So I asked if they expected disabled people to just lie on the shower floor. Nicole at the front desk said she was new, then she said this hadn't been a problem in 20 years. Then told me to look up the hotel ownership to complain when I said that ADA rules were federal law. Would do no compensation and told me to talk to Expedia who wasn't responsible. This room wsa $638 per night. DO NOT STAY HERE - the facility is run down with the shower head coming out of the wall, shelves hanging by one screw and the the front desk (Nicole) has no comprehension of customer service nor federal regulations.

Staff was friendly, very quiet place, nice pool nice bar area. with the price I would expect a complementary breakfast or at least a microwave in a room so I can cook something. Other than this was great for my family to stay at for what we needed….

The check in staff were unhelpful. They said our room was clean but had to be inspected and we should wait 20 minutes. After waiting an hour without the promised phone call another staff person checked us in without providing info about wireless or the spa that we asked about. One of the two elevators was broken. The thermostat in the room started blowing hot air at midnight both nights and this woke us up. The advertised "hot tub" was overrun with kids the first night. It is really a "warm" tub, not hot, when used the second night. I would not recommend the hotel as worthwhile value at $500/ night and personally would not want to deal with such unhelpful staff again.
