We enjoyed every aspect of the Rockwell Inn. Especially, the heated bathroom floor. The breakfast was so convenient. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. It's close enough to the downtown park, shops and restaurants but far enough away from the noise of the hubbub. Staff is always professional, available and very helpful with area information. Highly recommend this hotel.

Although not overly "fancy" - the hotel was clean, staff was helpful, check-in and out was easy and quick. Location is amazing as only 2 min walk to main square in Jackson. Would absolutely stay there again!!

Amazing stay! Loved how close we were to everything. Breakfast was delicious and housekeeping was very attentive. Our only complaint was the smell of the pool area. We alerted the front desk that it smelled like natural gas, they said they would check it out the next day. The next day the front desk said they looked into it and it was nothing. Hopefully it was just the chlorine but we didn’t use the pool because of this. Everything else was great!

We stayed here as "home base" for the Grand Tetons 1/2 marathon, and at least for 2025 the hotel ended up being nearly across the street from one of the shuttle pick up locations for the event (such a nice surprise!). The staff was super helpful and professional, our room in the main building was comfortable and appealing, and the bed was so comfy. Plus, the cleaning crew did a great job every day. Will definitely stay here again!
