The Rockwell was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Jackson Hole and the Tetons. The front desk staff were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. We chose a renovated suite with a kitchenette and pull out couch. Very clean, well stocked to make a few meals and plenty of room to stretch out. The beds were spacious and very comfortable. I do wish there had been a chair in the bedroom area. The shower was great- but lacks a shelf for your shampoo/ conditioner etc. The heated tiles were a major plus! Our kids looked forward to the homemade cookies every afternoon and enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. The breakfast area was well laid out and had plenty of options to choose from with excellent hours if you were planning to head out early( 6-9 am). The location of The Rockwell can’t be beat- easy to access the national parks and a very short walk to the vast array of shops and restaurants in JH. We will absolutely plan to stay here again!

For the per night cost, I expected a bit more service and a bit nicer room. Booked Rockwell partilly based on the availability of included shuttle service to, and from, JH airport; but, the shuttle goes off duty at 9:00 pm and most flights from the east coast don't arrive until late. There was no mention of the shuttle schedule on their website. Generally, a good experience, with conditions noted.
