The Banten House is a beautifully restored historic landmark, showcasing the architectural elegance of its time. The exterior features classic Southern charm with its inviting porch and lush landscaping, while the interior has been thoughtfully updated to blend modern amenities with the building's original character.

Whether you're traveling for leisure, work, or a special occasion, Alice at The Banten House offers a charming, immersive experience that captures the essence of Jackson, Louisiana. With its unique themed rooms, historic charm, and prime location, it's the perfect home base for your adventures.

Guests can use everything in the main house. The backyard and laundry room may be shared from time to time with guests that stay in the Courtyard Airbnb.

We live nearby and will be available for anything you may need whether it be directions or information about things to do in the area.

There is a great training area for Ironman competition that is popular as well as train museums and great dining walking distance. Multiple antique stores are a stones throw away as well if you want to spend the day antiquing.

There is parking in front of the house and the entire town is easy to park and walk and very little traffic.
No smoking indoors.
Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7 am.
No parties or events.
Please be careful with any of the decor.
