The first room was neglected dirty nasty door broke like 2 days into the stay maintenance didn't fix it even when asked. They had to switch our room late at night because of how broken second room was good. I cant thank the overnight lady enough with being so helpful and amazing

I didn't stay the staff person said I had to wait fifteen minutes she had to take care of 3 other people. I had made the reservation. She was rude, so I just left and went elsewhere.

The pictures made it look like a nice place. It was dark and dirty people were hanging around. We were too scared to stay there so we went to a different hotel. We asked for a refund and it was denied.

The pictures are 10x better than the room we were given. Literally, the worst condition room we have ever stayed in. There is absolutly no way this is a 4.3 star property. 1 star is generous. Floor was sticky, sink didnt drain, shower curtain was slimy. Absolutely terrible.

The entire building was neglected. There was a huge bag of trash in front of the door and when I went in to check out the room, stink bugs were running by in the bathroom, the tub was cracked, the bathroom sink had a dirt ring, the chair had a slit open with the cushion spilling out. I did not stay here and was not given a refund.

Nasty & dirty motel

The firstroom was nasty smelled like urine i returned my key..theygave me another key to another room it was nasty & infested with roaches & bugs..when i returned the second key i was asked to try another room the third room the mattress was on floor,sheets on bed were dirty & had holes in them..the room was nasty & infested with bugs..

They had to putvus in three different rooms. The first room the tv did not work and there was a used condom on the bathroom floor. The second room had no fridge. Finally we got a third room which had no towls and the tv cable was pulled out of the wall. We fixed thst but itvtook them three hours to bring us towels. All in all the the worst stayever

The building is outdated. It’s very poor condition but I know the staff does their part on keeping it clean at the best they can. But due to the outdated bathroom and lights I won’t be staying here any more. Staff was amazing tho.

The room was in disrepair, sink & shower faucet was loose & moving all around. Toilet tank cover was cracked, sheets had stains, pillows were extremely flat paint was chipping on the walls. Room reaked of cleaning solution and AC/ heat unit worked intermittently. However it looked cleaned up enough, no bugs, dirt or dust on floor & other surfaces.

Acceptable for the room rate but the room was in very poor condition. Tile, sink and toilet were clean but badly stained. Likewise, the vinyl wood flooring was clean but pealing and damaged in many places.
