1st Time Staying Here...Ok for business "day" trip

The hotel stay was good overall with customer service receiving the highest ratest. The hotel is outdated and could benefit from updates to the bathroom and hotel room. Air condition unit was also not working to his most optimal level. This was my first time staying at this Hilton.

This was a nice hotel about 30 years ago. Service was excellent as was the food. That said the Hilton Standard is questionable. This place is in desperate need of a renovation. Chairs everywhere are old and peeling. Poor lighting and drab. Wish I could’ve stayed in the 90s it must’ve been something

Would not stay at this Hilton again

Poor quality of rooms for the price . The guest room we were given 318 was musty smelling, the bed coverings were damp t to the touch & the a/c unit wasn’t working, the bathroom had a wall fixture that was hanging off the wall. We were moved across the hall. Room 323 was a little better, at least the a/c worked. But the room still has a musty smell, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the beds were not comfortable, and the tv was missing its cable so the tv wouldn’t work. All in all was not a favorable stay and will not choose this hotel to stay in again.
