The front desk clerk provided excellent customer service and the room was great. I think they could clean the bathtubs a lil better and maybe wipe down the bathroom door. Then it would’ve been almost perfect. Still no major complaints from me. I enjoyed it.

The breakfast was the same meal for the 4 days we were there which was a little disappointing. The room was great but we had a neighbor who must have been on chemotherapy or going through withdrawal as we heard non stop vomiting while we were trying to sleep. The staff though was real friendly and i bet if i had asked to move rooms we probably would have been allowed.

I enjoyed my stay, room, and breakfast. However my car was hit in the parking lot. A staff member told me that the owner has access to the cameras on Monday. Come to find out, the cameras don't work. Why lie?

Room was nice, staff was nice. However the hotel needs to do a better job with updating their availabile services. When I reserved my room this hotel showed that they offered airport shuttle. When I called to confirm, they said they did but they don’t anymore. I also asked when did it stop, they told me March or April. So for over half of a year you have been advertising the incorrect information. It’s really unacceptable, and you need to do better.
