The room I reserved was supposed to be a non-smoking king suite with a jetted tub. This room did not have a jetted tub and the room smelled strongly of paint or something chemical. Room was on the back side of property, which felt unsafe. Hotel was in poor condition, but looked to be under renovation.

Room was clean and prepared very well for my Holiday visit. Staff was very courteous and helpful. All amenities were sufficient for my stay Bed was very comfortable and well made, temperature just right in room. Easy parking for my rental and and surrounding security was not an issue. Felt safe during my stay I will return soon....and recommend friends that's traveling to Milan Tennessee. I locked myself out of my room and was assisted promptly by the young female assistant working the evening shift to help me get in without any problem. Thanks! Microwave/ refrigerator was a plus for stay. Hot shower on a chilly winter night was very comforting 😌
