Beautiful experience! The staff were all super sweet and professional. So the check in was very different and interesting; There is a kind person on a video Kiosk screen that will assist you with check-in, but thankfully there are also sweet and kind people that are in physically in the building to help you, and the room was fine. Kiosk check in. Seems as there is no actual staff on the premises. Which only proved it by several people outside in the atrium right next to the reception kiosk smoking weed after being told this is a none smoking facility. What a joke. The whole place is sketchy and stinks. Lights only worked in half the room, toilet was like sitting on a rocking horse. We reserved a king bed and got 2 doubles. We didn't even stay 30 mins before we hi-tailed it out of there. Did not feel safe at all, not in the hotel or sitting in the parking lot. Do not stay here!
