I appreciated the late/after hours checkin, but I notice yhe hallway floors looked dirty and dingy as well as the second and third hall floors had ripples/waves in the carpet suggesting structural floor issues. The room felt dingy and found debris on the bathroom counter. I also found a hole in the drywall at yhe base of the tube near the tile floor. The a/c made a loud noise constantly as if it was going out and needs to be replaced. The mattress was old and worn out with a sunken area in the center, preventing restful sleep. The ham availabe for the breakfast was discolored and tasted sour/bad. This location seems to need a complete renovation. The elevator made weird noises and shifted after stopping. The inspection shows last inspection in 2022 (3 years ago).

My husband and I come to Pearl Mississippi once a month for doctor appointments. We always plan to stay at the Quality Inn for a night and end up staying a day or two because of the staff at this hotel. They are very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are always clean. The cleaning staff always go above and beyond. You can see how hard they work.
