Was so excited about my stay here especially since it was a new establishment. Open arriving the room was very nice. But the hotel hasnt been here long but somehow me and my friend got stuck on the elevator in between the 3rd and 4th floor. The staff was very apologetic and moved me to the 1st floor so that shouldn't reflect on them. But upon going to the other room there was something nasty that looked like a booger stuck to the pillow case and no toilet paper. Tried to go to the lobby bathroom, no toilet paper. Have a kitchenette but no dishes ? Just not a great stay especially having to deal with being there for my mothers funeral, was looking for a more relaxing stay.
Nasty stuff stuck to the pillow.

No ice machine, no ice trays to make ice. Had to go out to buy ice. No shade on window to keep light out. Other rooms had shades. Our room had only blinds & they do not keep light out. The biggest thing was the elevator wasn’t working & my husband has a heart condition and cannot climb stairs so we had to take a ground floor room. We do not like ground rooms bc of car noise outside the window. The lock on the door is very hard to open. This is a safety concern. Only opened 2 months ago & I would not stay here again. Hotel in Jackson,TN at 19 Bink. 09-13-25

I like the cleanliness of the property. I like the full-size refrigerator and the stove top and microwave. I look forward to coming back and doing a longer day. The only thing I didn’t like was the tiny pillows. The first lady we encountered was not very friendly, but she got better. When we left, we met the manager and she was great.

Excellent service at check in. Maybe I should have expected it, but i can was surprised to find no shampoo and no hair dryer provided. Additionally, the bed was so close to the wall that it was difficult to easily get into bed on that side. The facility was as clean and comfortable and the location was as excellent.

Very friendly staff, check in was quick and easy. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Beds are not comfortable as they just put mattresses on metal frames with no boxsprings but they werent the worst... Great price for how clean it was!
