Only steps from Boondocks Marina and Restaurant, only 7 minutes from Hwy 280 and just a quick drive to Alex City and Dadeville, this is the perfect place for your time at the lake! This home is available for short-term stays and longer term leases as well as purchase, including owner financing. We also have nine more townhomes next to each other so brin g up to 100!



Bay Ridge Villas is a brand new complex with ten townhomes, all with 3BR/2.5BA, beautifully decorated and furnished units with everything you will need to enjoy your time at the lake! You can even bring your boat!



You have access to your entire unit! 3BR/2.5 baths plus a space to park your boat!



We cant wait to host you at beautiful Lake Martin! 24 hours before your arrival we will send you all the information you will need to access the unit and make the most of your stay at the lake.
