Step outside to your private backyard oasis - designed for entertainment and relaxation. Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool or unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Challenge friends on the putting greens with sand traps, enjoy a game of ping pong or shuffleboard, and gather for night chats by the fire pit. The covered outdoor lounge with TV and dining space is perfect for al fresco meals and evening hangouts.

Inside, you'll find bright, open living areas with plenty of room to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and everything you need to cook and entertain. The main house offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the private casita features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, it's own half bath, and an outdoor shower.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

Wonderful home with all the amenities we enjoyed even “off season”. Just right to keep the teens busy and a short walk to the beach and great local area of Jacksonville and Atlantic beach. Really appreciated the little things like tinfoil , ziplock baggies and extra garbage bags in the kitchen. Very hospitable spot!

We loved this house. Five college friends of 50 years got together for 3 days and enjoyed Jacksonville Beach. The house, pool, hot tub, putt-putt and ping pong were all a big hit with our kids and grandkids. Beach access was challenging due to several closures for construction but we did not mind with lot of fun activities at the house.

We had a great time at this rental. The backyard with the mini golf, pool and hot tub was so much fun and was great to entertain the whole family! Close to tons of good restaurants and close to the beach. Any questions we had about the house or anything else, the property management team was extremely quick to respond and extremely friendly.
