Enjoy the convenience of the first floor with views you normally get from only the second floor and above. Step only 20 yards from your balcony to the pool or just 30 yards to the beach crosswalk. No more carrying chairs, towels, and beach toys up long flights of stairs or waiting on busy elevators. This condominium is located in the middle of Fernandina Beach convenient to many popular restaurants and just a short walk to the island's famous 'Surf Restaurant' (Outdoor restaurant with live music and tiki bar).
