John is a great host, very responsive to any needs. All rooms are very clean. The master bedroom is awesome with the big tv in it and access to the patio and pool. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anybody wanting to visit the St John’s area.

This house was in an ideal location as we were visiting family nearby. Plus, we had a very large and clean backyard private pool!John, was over and above in accommodating our needs.

Very nice rental. Check in very smooth, owner very responsive. Pool was a big hit with the grandchildren. Great mattresses on beds. This is an older home, but it was clean with a terrific floor plan. A better equipped kitchen (Full set of dishes, eating utensils, and coffee mugs) would elevate this to an excellent rating.
