Living room and dining room are also on the 2nd floor. Enjoy a family fire pit in the back yard on cold nights!

YOU MUST CLEAN ALL BEACH SAND OFF OUTSIDE IN THE SHOWER OR HOSE. IF EXCESS AMOUNTS OF BEACH SAND THERE WILL BE A $100 CLEANING CHARGE.
Beach chairs/equipment must be rinsed off and free from beach sand.
