AC has glitch in the display couldn't tell if it was on heat or cool and no idea what temperature it was on as about half the lines worked. Coffee pot was missing the filter basket. Dresser drawer handle was hanging off on one side. It was awesome getting a free voucher for breakfast at the cafe next door but staff at the cafe were rude and very unhelpful for someone in a wheelchair.

The room was generally clean and nice, and it smelled fine, the ONLY teason it did not get 5 stars was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. It was odd, the rest of the room was very clean though.
