The front desk clerk was abominable. She gave me a hard time because I had a small cargo trailer attached to my car. She made me park in a tow away zone instead of a regular space. An hour later she parked a 30' truck there which took 4 spaces and then another 30' truck. She went as far as to harrass us in the parking lot after check in.

Wonderful hotel, great location off expressway, staff is always happy and helpful, breakfast delicious. Entire hotel is clean with new renovations. We always stay at this Best Western when we are in the area.
